A first attempt Chartered Accountant, she has experience of working in reputed Chartered Accountants firms in last 13 years. Her expertise is in internal audits, internal financial controls audit and implementation, process audits, compliance audits of various listed companies, manufacturing & service sector, real estate, medical and health care, and educational industries and sectors. She has also worked in indirect tax compliances, investigation of revenue leakage, and compliance audits for various corporate.
She also has knowledge and experience of trust registration right from the drafting of the trust deed to application with charity commissioner and income tax. She has knowledge of all charity commissioner-related compliances and compliance trust & NGOs need to comply under Income Tax Act 1961.
